We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you.

Use Instructions:

  1. Ensure the Bluetooth adapter is fully inserted into the socket and the buckle is attached to the ear pad ringbase.
  2. Press and hold the power button to turn on/off.
  3. After powering on, search for 'W1 adapter' and click to connect.
  4. The adapter will flash blue when active; a red flash indicates low battery. You’ll also hear 'battery low.'
  5. The device will reconnect automatically if it was previously paired. Turn off Bluetooth on other devices to connect a new one.
  6. Single click to Play/Pause, double click to activate Voice Assistance.
