The Miller T-Head Tactical Fixed Blade is an uncompromising heavy-duty knife built for extreme use. Brutal in size, massive in weight, and devastatingly sharp, this is a true hard-use tactical blade designed for chopping, splitting, and demanding multi-purpose tasks.
With its aggressive T-head profile and oversized blade geometry, this knife delivers exceptional striking power. Whether chopping, cleaving, or hard cutting, it performs with authority. Despite its size and weight, the ergonomics are carefully refined—offering a surprisingly balanced and secure grip that feels natural and controlled in hand.
The blade is forged from imported A2 tool steel, a high-toughness, wear-resistant American steel known for its excellent impact resistance and edge stability. Advanced vacuum heat treatment with deep cryogenic oil quenching ensures optimal hardness and internal structure, resulting in a blade hardened to 59–60 HRC.
Precision manufacturing is applied throughout the process. The blade blank is cut using wire EDM, followed by CNC machining for edges, grooves, and structural detailing. A secondary edge grind prioritizes sharpness, while the V-grind is finished using computer-controlled water grinding for accuracy and consistency.
The handle features black G10 scales secured with steel pins, delivering a solid, confident grip even under harsh conditions. Paired with an imported black Kydex sheath and rotating belt clip, the Miller T-Head is ready for tactical carry and field deployment.
