In Japanese history, a military ruler. The title was first used during the Heian period, when it was occasionally bestowed on a general after a successful campaign. This handmade, traditionally hand forged katana, is made of folded steel. The folding process removes impurities from the steel, leaving only the finest quality steel. It is hammered and heated and hammered and heated until the perfect blade is formed. It is quenched for the perfect hardness.

Product includes a Samurai print design black scabbard, cloth case, and a single wooden stand.
